monday off/ end of spirit week and homecoming

We had Monday off, so sierra and i went on a sister date. we originally planned to go ice skating but the rink was closed so we went to Mimi's.

This pic is of my friend Ashley at the Homecoming dance (which was wayyyyy fun).

This is me and Lisa on Friday at the pep-rally. Spirit week is a really big deal here and the pep-rally took a whole hour. not that I'm complaining about missing my Government class :]

This is a girl in my orchestra (she's an excellent chelloist), we were all dressed up for country day. i was china and she was Italy haha

This was i think by far the most interesting costume all week, Natasha is also in my orchestra... shes a bit of a nut.
i think spirit week wonderful. also, i think all of mine and sierra's "sister dates" are the best part of my weekends lately. The dance and game for homecoming was good. Over all, i think its safe to say that this was a good week.

spirit week

Once a year the schools have spirit week. Its usually the week before the homecoming game and dance. Heres the agenda for this weeks dress:

Monday: PJ Day
Tuesday: character Day
Wednesday: Wacky Tacky Day

Thursday: Country Day (each grade level is assigned a country to rep in outfit and decorations)

Friday: Spirit Day!!!
